• Ensure that your shipments comply with all applicable customs regulations, export/import restrictions, and prohibited items list.
• Pay all charges, including taxes, duties, and fees associated with your shipments.

4. Payments

• All payments must be made in full at the time of booking via our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay).
• We do not store your payment details.
• In case of payment failure, your booking may be cancelled automatically.

5. Prohibited Items

You may not ship items restricted under law such as explosives, weapons, hazardous materials, narcotics, counterfeit goods, or any item prohibited by customs regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, DNK Worldwide shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, natural disasters, or third-party carriers. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the shipment declared or the maximum limit allowed under applicable law.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are processed only in cases where a booking is cancelled before shipment pickup, subject to our refund policy. Once the shipment is picked up, refunds are not applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, trademarks, and designs, is owned by DNK Worldwide. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
